uhmm this is interesting Ive been hitting stuff in toga for a while now and have never had a problem with the cops, toga is one of my favorite spots for urban, also Clifton Park and this one rail in Burnt Hills

there really isnt anything in toga that hasnt been hit already for atleast 5 years so its not a big deal talking about them.

Where were you at? Skidmore will get you kicked out real fast

surprisingly the ones by the police station I have never heard anyone being kick out of. skidmore ones you can hit when there is a snow storm and security is off else where

the skidmore rails are the only ones i've ever hit and we didn't have any issues. we also had two spotters on either side of the perimeter road and sessioned from 12-2 am. if you're careful you'll be fine. it also totally depends on what you're trying to hit. we did the down set between the new and old apartments as well as the d-f-d-f outside of wait dormitory.

we were also all students though, so worst punishment for us is a slap on the wrist. i've heard rumor of non-students getting hit with big fines though, so major emphasis on the being careful part
