Its all about knowing where you are at in your rotation, and looking over your shoulder. Trust me, it takes time to get it down.
For 3's, just look over the shoulder you naturally spin to, keep your eyes open (i know, its obvious, but i used to close mine) and try to get eye contact with the landing asap, then just focus on it.

well what helped me was to lift my skis so that the tips are pointing towards the ground and turn to grab the tails . almost like a blunt.grab although it took me a while to get true tail. It really helps you keep balance in the middle of the air. for threes there isn't much of a spotted landing, I more or less have to guess the landing by the time i'm at 180, If I'm comfortable at 180 all is right, if not then i'm fucked.
