If I remember right, Red Bull hats and other product are very strictly controlled and only current athletes can own it. So chances are its a fake or stolen.

I said I wasn't sure. Thats they way it used to be I thought, at least with certain versions of their products. But then again, I never got into following outerwear/streetwear that companies made all that much. They also may have changed their policy. Also fakes were very easy to get on Ebay and other websites.

because the ns staff is legal wimps.

Red Bull is big on controlling the trade of their 'gear.' They sent ns a cease and desist letter about it a few years ago.

I'm pretty sure ns would have won the legal battle,* but it would have been a huge headache, and it was much easier to just stop the trade in Red Bull branded items on NS.

i saw a really terrible skiier at my home mountain wearing a redbull painted/branded helmet.i couldnt tell the model but it looked like a poc receptor. im confused.i would rep some redbull stickers for sure. . .

Not true.

I have a few relatives that work for Redbull merchandising and they've sent me the White and Black fitted flat brimmed hats that a lot of the athletes get. Its not hard at all to actually get authentic Redbull shit like that. If you know, or know someone who knows someone who rides/bikes/surfs/skates/skis/blades/skydives/drifts/rally races/paraglides/snowboards/flies/motorcycles/NASCAR races for redbull, all that stuff is easily obtainable.
