Forgot to put in some words but yea I've noticed that the sneaker community has kinda fallen off with people rocking boat shoes in the winter and sb's having completely turned to shit but I was wondering if anyone still collects sneakers. Thats my collection plus I'm pumped to get these shipped shortly...
Not a waste of money, sneakers hold their value if you treat em well and I enjoy having them, if anything its like a saving, if I ever need money I can sell off my collection (the valuable ones) and I'll have cash but I'm not really concerned about that. And what more important shit would you spend the money on...alcohol, weed, xbox games, jiberish?
& those are all Nike. I would never wear a sneaker thats not Nike.
WeastcoastAlexall they do is depreciate in value
Dennis_Reynoldsnot if you keep them in good condition or deadstock they go up in value
WeastcoastAlexno general release over the past 4-5 years will ever go over double retail because of how much they release. ive owned pairs from 97'-98' that have already capped at their market value.
plus who the fuck would buy shoes and not wear them and 'watch them as they go up in value'
Dennis_Reynoldswhat type of sneaker head spends all his money on general releases. I just bought a pair of sock darts for 150 CAD, hypebeast.com sells them for 300 USD. Sock darts arnt even that exclusive either.
