Ok so I have FKS 140s that are new this year. I would say I am an advanced skier and by no means aggressive. I take care of my skis and bindings really well. I just picked up my skis that have been sitting in my workroom. I turn them upside-down to wax them and the haff circle plate that is behind the brake lever just fell out. I didn't even touch them. I look at them firther and part of the threads have been cracked and there are two pieces sitting under the screws and the base plate is cracked at the bottom.

Taken on my Macbook because I don't have time for a camera.
I was so stoked for a great day skiing tomorrow (getting dumped with 20+) but I don't think this is skiable. Without the plate the brake lever goes really far out. Before I take it to the shop, which is first on my agenda for tomorrow, can someone tell me what I have to do/what the hell even happened.
I appreciate any input
Thanks NS
