Ok so im a senior in high school and the only sport ive ever played for the school is wrestling. But in wrestling we run for 16 minutes straight and thats our warm up. I really want to do another sport before the end of the year and at my school we only have either baseball/soccer/track during the spring. I can jump 10'10". And can touch rim on the on a basketball hoop. Also i can run practically as long as i want, i dont get tired. But my 20 yard dash is only 3 seconds flat..so im not that fast. I was wondering if somebody could give me some info about track because i practically know nothing. And recommend something i may be good at.

I should retract my earlier statement.
They weren't completely wiped out, some of them interbred with human populations. Humans could not run down antelope, that's false. Humans today have trouble catching antelope on foot.
They adapted well to a changing climate, they survived well past the last ice age, and had a varied and well structured diet that included all sorts of shit. They died because humans didn't like them, and those that didn't die..fucked their way into our genome.

When you said run down the deer, I thought you meant ACTUALLY chase down the antelope in a dead footrace. Not an endurance test. Soweeeee fo da misunderstanding.

Never done that event because I'm not a hurdles guy but the 400 hurdles always looked like a bitch
