Skiing to real world comparisons

Being a skiier is like being spiderman.  Like you go throughout life and your kinda just like a normal, everyday guy and you meet people in your school and hook up with girls at parties and do your school work and its all pretty basic and typical.  Even when you talk about skiing with other people, no one seems to ever understand what its about.  Like I honestly I hate talking about skiing just because people who don't ski or snowboard park just don't get it.  But anyway, back to the spiderman thing, on the weekends or afternoons or whenever you get to go skiing you fucking dress up in a bad-ass suit, head to the mountain and just have so much fun and interact with completely different people and just be this awesome person whose landing all these cool trick and whatnot.  You don't think about what exams you have coming up or what girl your gunna try to get with next.  Instead your thinking about what tricks to throw and what line to take and you just look at the world completely different.  But then you go back to class the next day and not a single person cares that you landed your first cork 7, they don't even know what a cork 7 is or what your dope fire lenses look like.  You just a fucking dude in a fucking class writing down exam dates and trying to make small talk with the hottie sitting next to you.
