How do I adjust the mounting of demo bindings?

I just got a pair of Rossi Scratch FS with Axial Power 100 demo bindings. The skis are currently mounted further back than I would like. (They're not true center). How would I go about changing them to true center? Is it difficult to do? Would it be better just to get a shop to do it?
