Ight ive heard some mixed reviews about em. im lookin at gettin a full suit, jacket and pants from their new 2010/11 line. anyone got some reviews? some people say theyre sick, others say their shit. i think they look pretty sick

I personally have no idea how people think there stuff looks good.  I am all for supporting small companies but i wold never buy there stuff.  I have also had two kids i know rip there jackets

i personally , "like" my first drop gear. it has holes , and it has shitty sewing lines, but people need to realize that this is first drop's second year. Saga has been making outerwear for 5 years, so they have more experience. it may be bad now, but wait a few years, it will become trendy'r

The pants I have rip so easily... but its warm and comfy nonetheless. just the quality doesnt hold up to what you'd expect

look you should get them regardless of the sewing quality...like the others said its their second year so everyone has to understand...there still learning. plus most of the time people just wear the clothes to look sick...my mate just bought me a pair of their pants today and i still think they look sick but ive been doing the research for ages and from what i gather the companies fully legit. they have a 90 day money back guarantee for all stiching faults ect...which is super legit. like they promise you a new pant ect which is dope...they also go halves on repairs that happen after the 90 day which is legit awell.
what people have to see is that these guys arent here to rip you off, there doing it for the love of the sport, they all ski and want the best from the product aswell....
so im thinking go for it!

If you are spending $400+ on a suit, get something that will last. You want it to be quality stuff. My friend just got his blue and yellow suit. The pants have with 1 snow gaiter on the right leg, left leg didn't have one, and the bottom button of his jacket was already broken when he got it.

I love my White pants and Black pants.
But I hate every two color pice of clothing because it doesn't look good.

and the jacket is way to insulated and looks wide/ fat, not tall..
So I sold it and bought a new LDC jacket!

Yeah mines pretty nice, the durability isn't the greatest but I wouldn't call it bad.

1. The velcro thing on the strap of the cuff fell off so now its just dangling, not my fault.
2. Many holes toward the bottoms of my right snowpant, my fault for stepping on them and hitting my skis with them.
3. A few white "skids" on the back of my jacket near that big pocket, my fault for falling on threes(which I still can't get)

I bought one at the beginning of the year and its holding up great. All the damage on the suit is not due to shitty quality but rather me falling and damaging it. I would rate this years suit 10/10 for durability

Wait, I messed up, they've been round longer, their previous collection was available for a few years.

First year can be considered a write off in my eyes, but you should have your second version nailed. Lots of companies had issues their first year but then proved their legitimacy by coming back strong the second year (Saga for example, Armada's outerwear lineup, list goes on). Wish all the best for First Drop to really nail it, hope you guys that are having problems get it all resolved.

i personnaly love my jacket, absolutely nothing wrong with it. pants are huuuuge and i love them, any breaking is my fault (rail stains, rips because of stepping too much on the bottom of pants and a zipper near the foot that i smashed accidentaly)
