Cutting down poles & changing grip

okay so i got these 105's and wanna cut em down a little, i also wanna put that bike grip on it like the line poles, but i also wanna keep the wrist grips any ideas?

drill a hole through the top, cut holes in a set of straps and bolt them on.

Basically, I put some tape around the pole to make the grip snug, the put some epoxy on and put them on for good. But first, I had to cut out a bit of material so I could feed the strap through, then I put the screw through top with a bit more epoxy to hold the strap in. It's easy.

Well screw it at the top, buy yeah. Just make sure the screw has something to dig into. I filled the very top of the pole with epoxy (not the whole thing, obviously) so it would actually be in something instead of floating inside the pole.

buy the skinest >BMX< bike grips u can find and use an extra fine hacksaw to cut them. why BMX grips? cus they are more grippy, are easer to get on and grip the metal so u wont need glue and they look sweet
