Just Another Day in Dubai

This is a pic of my friend doing a 1 footed nose grab, yes I know he is a snowboarder but still. We currently live in Dubai, UAE (which is in the middle east) and we ski at Ski Dubai the largest indoor skiing complex ever. I wanna share this with you guys to show you that skiing has the power to bring people together. The snowboarder in this pic is 15 year old Rey Sowan, a Lebanese kid. Taking the picture is a local Emirati. Watching this happen from the above chairlift is an American (me) a dutch kid and a British kid. I used to live in dubai and it was a great experience. Riding with the nicest people in the world. All day.

dude you are extremely lucky, i want to travel to Dubai, i know a guy who said it was a life changing experience because of just the atmosphere of the place. it is good to know that everyone there is chill and just having a good time skiing and riding

I've been to Lebanon. GREAT skiing, pow days everyday. It's like swizerland i've been to switzerland. and it's the same. The people there will embrace you and be very nice. I reccomend going to Mzaar aka Faraya. When you go there, look for a snowboarder named Rudy and his friends. We met them there and he showed my friend and I all the good spots. Only down part is that, there is no freestyle park.
