this is a really helpful tool, but only use this in this case (making a freezeframe) if you're watching your video in top quality (as in, not a shitty preview image in a program)

to be safe (=make sure you get the highest quality grab you can, video, especially SD, doesnt make for great stills anyway) you should just throw it in final cut or imovie and do a freeze frame out of there
