Replying to Wide angle lens for panasonic tm700 help, +k

I am looking for an hd wide angle lens for my tm700(has a 46mm thread) and i have a couple questions.

1. What is the best conversion magnitude for skiing(im gonna be doing follow cams, steady shots, basically everything, not lookin to waste my money on a fisheye. i was thinking around 70x)?
2. Where can i find a lens like that that is reasonably priced(under $100 range)?
3. Anyone here on NS selling anything like that?
