Ipod won't sync to itunes. HALP

the computer (i have a dell with XP professional) recognizes it, but itunes doesn't. i lost my cord so i jacked my sisters and since then, i can't sync my ipod. halp plz :)

You should go to apple and ask te people there your not gunna get a legit answer from the fine folks here at NS lol

go to

C: -> Windows -> Find the folder "System32" and delete it

then reboot and everything should be fine

When I did tech support for Apple, we used this article for this issue all the time http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1363 Usually the first step (restarting the ipod service) is the one that resolves the issue, but the other ones have been known to work.
