Summer Camp Digging Programs

Hi NS, I'm really looking to get some skiing in this summer, and I heard that some summer camps have dig to ride programs.
I am 16 years old, and live in Washington state so I could probably drive down if I had to (so mainly looking at windells and mhssc; could maybe do some whistler camps). I really don't know much about this, so can anyone tell me stuff like:

1.when and how I should get in touch with the summer camps if I'm trying to guarantee myself a spot

2.what the summer camps provide, in return for how much digging (lodging, lift tickets, etc.)

3.any other info you guys might know, I really appreciate it.

Windells stopped hiring anyone under the age of 18 in 2007. Regardless of that, if you don't know anyone of importance at Windells you're not gonna get a job. It's kinda rigged unfortunately...
