should i heat mold my full tilt konflicts, ive been thinking about it but it costs 20 bucks that i dont have right now... i was just wondering if it was really worth it?
step 1. Cut the toe off an old ski sock
step 2. Put the cut off toe piece on your toes and another sock over it
step 3. Put one liner in your over at 240f for 10 minutes
step 4. Take liner out, get it in your boot smoothly with no wrinkles around the achilles
step 5. Put the boot on for 10 minutes. Tighten it to slightly looser than how you ski with it. Stomp on your heel a few times and make a heel pocket.
step 6. ??????
step 7. profit
1. yes, do this, they fit so nice once molded
2. step 5 up there is confusing. Put the boot on and tighten it and then wear it for 10 minutes. Don't wear it for 10 minutes then tighten it.
and i may be stating the obvious...but when the liner comes out of the oven, put the liner on your foot first, then put it into the shell. the liner swells when its hot and youll never be able to get it in by hand. oh, and also, you cant just set your liner on the hot over rack, or youll melt griddle marks into your liners.(yep, been there done that) Put them in on a cool rack or pan
