Replying to Tivo desktop help

i am trying to transfer recordings from my tivo, to my computer, using tivo desktop.

when i click 'pick recordings to transfer', it says it doesnt find a tivo dvr on my home network

I have rebooted, reinstalled, updated completely and put in the media access key several times


help ns.

this is urgent, not just for me, but for you too, because the file i want is x games slope

HELP
