Intuition liners

i was looking for a pair of replacement intuition liners for my hotdoggers anyone know where to get a decent deal on them?

is it really worth the $130 or whatever they would cost?how comfy are they?are they light?should i replace my atomic liner from my atomic hawx 90 with the intuition liner?

on top of that, there's a lot of them on their site. which one should you get? just something else to consider, i don't know the answer but i'm sure someone else does.

They are a great liner! Best Ive ever used. Super warm, 100% fully molded to your feet. $130 for a set of brand new ID liners is a decent deal. The power wrap liner series is the most commonly bought version. Within that line, some are thick and stiffer, offering a big more of a responsive and tighter fit. Others are a little thiner padding wise, and will flex a bit easier.

This. I had hot doggers ,but I like my SPK's better. I think they are worth the ca$h

A set of ID liners is almost always cheaper than a new set of liners that are specific to your boot.

This will be available from Atomic in fall 2011: new Intuition liner that has a plastic tongue and alpine strobel lasted bottom. All the goodness of Intuition where you need it, but with standard alpine liner features to improve performance and aftermarket footbed use.

I actually got those already!
My skischool has good connections with Atomic, so when I bought my Hawx (the 2011/2012 model, flex 120, fuck yeah) that liner was in it. Really, really pleased with it.

The toe box looks like neoprene...is this correct? Or is it ultralon?

it's a super soft version of Ultralon, so it's still moldable

Is that liner a drop in? or still the stiff foam of a power wrap? I'm a big fan of the drop in intuition liners, less so of the powerwraps/alpine/etc

The silver portions are soft/firm, the black upper portion is rather stiff. But it doesn't have a super stiff J-bar section, it really doesn't need it. I tried a version with J-bar Powerwrap and it was way way too tight.

Sounds good, what's the foam make up layers around the ankle pocket? I have seen some things coming out of vancuver that I really like, some that smell like painful ankles.

On ours, it's a layup that we came up with to achieve the densities and ski characteristics that we liked in our high-end micro fiber liner (what's in the normal Tracker 130). We didn't want to give up the skiability which that liner is known for. Basically, you can achieve different overall firmnesses by not only the liner foam but by the chemical treatment on the outer (super hard black upper vs standard hardness silver for example).

100% Atomic design with our last, our bottom, our tongue, just using their Ultralon foam.
