If I were to make a logo for a ski company using the SS part of the Waffen-SS symbol, would I be offending anyone?
I'm being quite serious, I want to know what you guys would think of that :P
im obv trying not to offend anyone, i just want something recognizable

It is illegal in Germany and some other countries as well.  It will no doubt offend a few people as well but I suspect many won't know what it was.  I wouldn't do it if it was me...

in the United States, we think that making fun of Nazis are funny.

I lived in Germany for a while, and they do not take Nazi jokes or anything funny. Pretty much all of europe doesn't take Nazi anything funny.
