Opening up, wacky legs

I have always thought that when people are in the air and they open up and their legs&skis go wacky but they still land the trick thats it looks fucking awesome but the judges always say its a run killer which it is and my brothers think it looks dumb. I was wondering if anyone else thought it looked cool?
