The Annoying Part of the X Games

Does it annoy any one else how the X Games measures the slopestyle features after every run?

I mean come on? We all know the money booter has a 70 foot gap. Its been like that the last couple years!

dont get me wrong, i freaking love the xgames. but i think i watched the flat bar being measured 20 times in the course of one event?

Also, not content with giving the booters shitty names, they've decided to give the line a name of its own.

65ft stepdown, 70ft stepdown, and 60ft stepdown are more accurate, more useful, and less stupid.

I could care less if they called the last jump the Super-Money-Holy-Shit-Machine as long as we as a community stopped hating the pros we grew up admiring.

It is sick that Monster bought all the commercial times, but I think it is making people like Sal who know very little about the sports too much air time to talk about noting... like the box dimensions and jump sizes... I think I'd rather that than commercials though

not to take over this thread, but why do the judges say a double cork is a double invert? isnt the definition of a cork: off axis spin, thrown back, and ur feet never go over ur head? if so why would a double cork be an invert?
someone please explain!

This this this this this. I fucking hate how the judges do this. Last year was just unbareable since it was around the vancouver games. After ski big air finished up, sal was like "That was super impressive. But will it compare to shaun white and the superpipe?"
