haha freestyling doesn't have to come off the top of your head, you can write your rhymes down or remember them in your head, its meant to be just like a promotional thing, your not really used to the beat, its not about any one subject, basically just show off your vocal abilities

i personally like wiz, mainly cause of the vibe he gives off in his music. it puts me in a good mood. all i know is that its definitely better than getting screamed for 3 straight minutes by Eminem

If you think Wiz Khalifa is better at rapping then Eminem, you need to see a fucking doctor. Have your ever heard of the Slim Shady LP or Marshall Mathers LP? Two classics of rap. And even his albums that aren't as good like The Eminem Show or Recovery are better than anything Wiz has put out.
