im actually happy that there isnt only skiers on the hill, its a whole new game of tricks to watch from the chair, a whole different kinda style (kinda)
i just like having u guys around, most good snowboarders at my hill can flip and some dub flip so its pretty cool.

i love snowboarders like myself and people who could give a damn about the hate that the pussy riders do. All good snowboard and skiiers i know love one an other. Also mount snow kid, keep an eye out for me this weekend i rock a red Ns sticker and purple coat

I like the Helgasons (sp?) they kill it! i also like some of the unique tricks and style they have (not saying skiing doesn't have that) Honestly, i usually like snowboarders. I just hate the 14-17 year-olds (generalization) who do not respect anyone (again, not saying skiing doesn't have this, but i notice more boarders who are like that)

also, skinny jeans suck.

I dont really know why people hate on snowboarding, hate the player. not the game.

I will probably catch some hate for this, but it is my honest opinion. Snowboard tricks are so much more aesthetically pleasing to me. The lack of flailing extremities and equipment just looks smoother. That and the ridiculous flotation achieved in deep powder by a snowboard, especially today's rockered boards, is something I adore most.

With that said, I will still only spend my time sliding down hills with skis attached to my feet. Always have, always will. But, I do only ride with snowboarders (my friends, and my girlfriend,) which bums me out...oh well.

Shred on knuckle-draggers!!! I need more beer...

I hate having to drag my snowboard friends through the flats... But I like their style just cause they can do so many skate like tricks. And watching my friends in powder looks super fun, just like surfing along.

i like the sport, but hate how they take a while to put their bindings on after getting off a lift, how they have to take their binding off after a run, how i have to pull them around with my poles, how they sit down in the middle of runs, and how their boots are comfier than mine

as a snowboarder, I gotta say that we dominate pow and all that jazz. But, I think some of the grabs skiers can do, besides a quality method, cant be beat.

Introduce them to Gnu's Fastec bindings. Somewhat like Flow's bindings, but with the standard two strap setup instead of the single piece strap. My girlfriend swears by them, and I appreciate the lack of having to sit down to strap up the binding. Win, win.

Not a great reason to hate dude...

I've had encounters with skiiers shit talking snowboarders and all snowboarders I know are down with skiiers. Rarely have I come across a snowboarder that has "beef" with skiiers.

Personal experience and opinion take it or leave it, i dunno.


Side note: This has nothing to do with anything but I turned down a night at the strip club with a bunch of girls that I just met because I gotta get up at 4am to ride tomorrow...I apparently have a boner for riding. It was a hard decision. The only good thing comin out of that was a promise of chillin some other time and meeting them tonight in general.

i like how its harder for snowboarders to do huge spins on small jumps, i feel like it kinda forces you to focus on improving your style instead of just the technical aspect. and i dont know if this is true or not because all my snowboarder friends are just casual snowboarders, theyre not like really into it, but it seems to me that the whole «oh look at what that guys wearing» business is really not as big as it is with skiing. i like this, becaus i honestly hate how much important the whole outerwear/gear aspect of the sport is to some skiers.
