POC Receptor Crown Size

Hey guys, I'm thinking about buying a POC Receptor Crown helmet online, but I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on the sizing. At the moment I'm wearing a size Large Smith Holt with all of the padding out, a tight beanie and goggles underneath. But I can't decide whether to get a Large or and XL Receptor Crown.
If anybody can give me some help or advise that would be sick.

go try one on in a shop?  its like fitting a boot, it really needs to be done in person.

Yeah I know what you mean. I really would like to try one on before hand, but the only problem is I don't think there are any shops around here that carry the model, or even brand for that matter :S

i wear a beanie and my goggles under my helmet and i got a large. i also wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat if that helps

measure the inside of ur holt without padding, match it to the poc size chart...... job done! helmet with padding that u can wear a beanie and gogs under
