Replying to Brake width problems :(

HALPPLOX:
So I just picked up a pair of PX18s from gear trade that were to put on some Moment Donner Parties from '09. The brakes were 100 mm but could definitely be bent to fit a 140 mm waist ski; however, my local shop will not bend the brakes that much. So I tried to bend them myself i got half of the first one bent pretty good (first bending it out straight and then back down at 90 degrees with a hollow pipe). Then I attempted to bend the other side in which i broke the plastic and then the metal of the brake came out of the heel piece itself, which I cannot get to go back in. So I've given up bending myself since I lack a vice and proper heating equipment. So NS what should i do?? I know that the PX/Rossignol Freeski series comes with 120 mm brakes but to my knowledge they don't make anything bigger. Could the 120 mm be bent easier to accommodate the Donner Parties? Or is all hope lost? Suggestions and advice on this problem will be greatly appreciated.
