Replying to Healthy Diets
Two eggs, three smoked turkey slices, 2 slices of toast, and yogurt
Deli Sliced Turkey, Lettuce, American Cheese, Roll
And whatever the momma makes for dinner (she's a health freak so its usually a good one)
but i keep hearing it's important to eat small snacks throughout the day and obviously drink water. What's good to munch on during the day like in school?
