Post Surgery

Got my cast off yesterday from having a plate and 7 screws put in my ulna and my wrist is very stiff but i want to ski.. will skiing hurt it?

how long since the surgery? and you should be ok if you dont crush it

It was December 17 the doc said its fully healed i just need to regain motion and strength never had surgery so im not sure about rehab and all that my ist rehab session is monday

if the doc said fully healed youve been wasting time, get out there. you prob could have been skiing with the cast. motion will come back on its own just have to push yourself

I actually did ski with the cast and it was fine i didnt push myself though...he said it is fully healed but the fluid sacs on the bottom of my wrist are basically empty which limits motion and can strain if i flex my wrist too much thats whats physical therepy is for i just wanted to see if skiing on it is going to affect at all and if you guys would ski with my condition?
