Going to Swain today

I went last sunday since I got a voucher for a $13 lift ticket from ski company. My only beef was the gapers. Never been to a place with so many inconsiderate little kids and there parents. Everytime I went to drop in I would get cut off or have to abort due to 100 people chilln on the landing. The park isnt roped off so they come flying in from everywhere. I even saw an instructor lead his class of pizza plowing 3rd graders over the top of every single park feature.
         The "natural" terrain park is pretty cool but the features are not usable unless you bring a shovel and set them up proper. I would like to go back on a weekday with a shovel and set up the wall ride and tree stall to a usable state. Staff seemed chill and they had some glades with small drops.

Swain has really weak rail setups, but two pretty nice jumps (25-30ft and 55-60ft). There are super smooth if you land in the money spot, but the landings are freakishly short, so they are pretty easy to over/undershoot.
