i am only using iMovie and with my GoPro footage it looks identical to a lot of other edits i've seen, where the GoPro is used; Compton's WEAK webisodes especially (i use the color gradients as well in Imovie similar to his). however, in his WEAK 10 edit, where the 7D was used, the clarity is very good. A lot of other cine reels show this too, but is that just the rendering from FCP? can i get that from iMovie as well? if so, what do i need to "change" during my export from iMovie to Vimeo/NS/youtube, etc...to get that same vivid and sharp image (my 7D footage has some noise in it similar to the noticeable style of footage that the GoPro takes).
thanks guys!

So you're asking how to make your 7d footage look more "clear"?

so without wasting a lot fo your time and telling my step by step what to do in iMovie to make the export look a litle cleaner, can you just lead me in a certain direction? i understand gopro footage wont be as crisp as some hvx and hddslr footage, just want it too look like there is less noise in some of my shots, especially after i adjust some of the color and contrast. thanks!
