anyone try it? me and my buddies got romped by men twice our age and twice our number last weekend. and it got me thinking that i didnt quite know how to defend myself properly. let me know.

I was watching UFC last night. I realized I have no fighting skills. i agree with ^^^. anyone know any online training videos. i wanna be able to sit a fag down when I see one.

its fun i would def say you should try it but you need about 6 mounths(sp?) worth or training

Technically i do mixed martial arts (judo/hapkido/taekwondo) but i fucking hate the UFC. too arrogant.

As for your question, I would say take up whatever you are interested in. but my advice is too go too a lesser known more traditional school, WAY better in my experience, and cheaper
