The Story Of The Salomon G - Suit

I haven't been skiing too long, and I started after the G - Suit came out so I don't know the whole story behind it. Was it only availabe to the Salomon team at the time? When did it come out? Who first wore it? Questions like these. I know, stupid thread, but I would really like to know.

I can delete it once I get my answer.

a bunch of riders wore it one year.. then it became available to the public the next year. It was sold out right away and several kids at each hill would have it. The next year not many people wore it. And I think the suit costed like $500 +++

It's a suit that came out 2? seasons ago, I guess everyone on the Salomon team wore one and it became super popular, sort of like what the Magic suit was last year. Now, there becoming harder and harder to find in good condition, therefore they are worth alot for their age.

It might be, I also don't think he was on the top Salomon pro team until this year, which is why he didn't get the Magic suit until the start of last year when it was available to the public, if you watch EDIAS, everyone else is using 2010 Suspects while he's still using the 1st gen 2009's, then might have got bumped up after how well he did in EDIAS? Not to sure, just a guess.
