Replying to How The Fuck! Frustrated With 60fps

I can not for the life of me get the videos i shot off of my Nikon P100 and retain the 60fps at 720p! I have used image capture and iphoto which when i play the clip in quicktime it says they are 29.97fps. Maybe im just not very computer literate but i could not figure out how to log and capture to final cut express either, although i have access to final cut pro too if that has a program which will get the shots off of my camera and retain 60fps.

I made a thread similar to this and so i have figured out the rest of the steps in getting good slow mo, i just cannot figure out the first step haha. any help with a program would be great!
