Replying to What is covered by warranty?

I go on websites like armaada with a list of stuff they dont cover, but give me nothing on what is covered by warranty? the only thing they say is manifacturing defect.

The reason i asked this is because i snapped my brand new armada halos off a 10 jump, if even that and when they saw the photos they emailed back and said was due to bad crash or backseat landing witch isnt the fault of the company but a riders error.


 Impact damage caused by rocks, stumps, dumpsters, parking lots, rails or any other contact with a surface different than snow.

wouldnt it be under inpact of snow?
