crossfit is the tits.
such a good work out, doesn't take all day and gets you in shape super quick.
i have been doing it for about 8mths now, everyday you still get a awesome and varied workout,
plus its really not filled with the muscle bound roid ragers we get in aus at the regular gyms.
here was yesterdays workout it was a doozy:

1500 m Run
30 double unders
30 push-ups with hand release
30 box jumps 24/20
3 Rope Climbs 15'
1000 m Run
20 double unders
20 push-ups with hand release
20 box jumps 24/20
2 Rope Climbs
500 m Run
10 double unders
10 push-ups with hand release
10 box jumps 24/20
1 Rope Climb/
today was a bunch easier,
anyway i like it a whole bunch more then p90x and have never heard of this shawn t. insanity thing
