Stretching a Jacket?

I know that jackets can shrink in the wash so im wondering if there is any way to do the opposite and make a jacket bigger, sounds like sorta a dumb question maybe but that would be sweet if there was a way to do it. Does anyone know how?

try clipping bricks to it and hanging it overnight...

thats how my sister stretches her dresses, it should work for you.
