Energy drinks vs alcohol

which one does the most damage on your body? im not talking like excessive use im thinking like a monster or 2 a day vs a beer or 2 a day. adults keep telling me how bad they are for me and i'd like to tell them to fuck off because alcohol is worse, but i really have no idea and it doesnt look like theres been any studies done.

i'm gonna go ahead and say energy drinks are worse for you. but thats only when you have 1 or 2 beers...

alcohol in moderation isn't that bad for you, but loading your body with sugar, mad amounts of caffiene and whatever else is in energy drinks probably isn't good.

If you just had one or two of each, energy drinks are much worse. Alcohol is bad for you in excess.

alcohol in moderation is actually good for you. It relaxes you which can lower your blood pressure, and stress levels leading to a healthier heart. It isnt the antioxidants in wine that are the main benefit, it is the alcohol.

energy drink and alcohol should not be put head to head against each other. instead, they should work together as a team.
