It was -20 degress celsius in Norway last year, every day. Even with tech base layers, 2 hoodies and jacket, it was still cold.

teached at -40*C all day, went for some buskies at my buddies house, came back and missed my bu by 3 minutes and walk for 20 minutes to my g/fs house to get her to drive me home cause my phone waas outta batterie ;(
