Motherships vs. Pollards!!! EVERYONE COME QUICK!

what up everyone,
can you someone whose rode both give me a little lowdown on both of them? i've always wanted pollards but i found a pair of 182 motherships for super super cheap and i picked em up. what can i excpect? im 6' tall and im 160 pounds. i will be skiing 50% back country, 25% trees, 15% jibbing and 10% jumps..... think it sounds pretty sick for me? how do they ride switch? give me some lowdown!!!!

Dude, if you are gonna be doing more backcountry than anything else, go with the motherships. At 182 you will find them more versitile than the 186 pollard in the pow and steeper pitches. Go with the motherships if you are doing more bc pow.

Yeah, if you are going to do that much bc, the motherships are the way to go. They have super float in pow and are light enough for groomers and jibbing. I have always told people that if you have enough leg strength, these skis will kick ass no matter where you are.

they're a lot of ski to swing onto rails and whatnot, but i'm also a really little person and my 172s are like 4 inches taller than me. but for jumping they are sick. carve switch nice, def butterable, and the flex is perfect for landing big shit. enough give to be good to your shins and enough stiffness to keep you in the frontseat. so hot right now that was a good choice you made.
oh yeh and they don't do ice at all. you turn the ski sideways and it's the same as riding a rail, no edge. have fun.
