how do you sew in pants to make them skinnier?

I think you sow them in from the inside. Not positive on it though.

i don't have any pics of mine, but this is what your gonna want to do
1. turn your pants inside out and put them on
2. pin along the inseam for how skinny you want them. (don't go too skinny, or else you can't fit your foot through when you put em on or off.
3. take em to your mom's sewing machine, and follow the pins EXACTLY that way you get the perfect fit.
4. don't cut the excess fabric! keeping it there will keep them a lot more waterproof than if you cut it away.
5. turn them right side out and enjoy
