Heat oven to 375
get a baking pan and put parchment paper
1 cup of brown sugar
6 - 8 strips of bacon
Put 1/2 cup brown sugar on the parchment paper then the bacon and then the rest of the sugar
Cook for 10 mins (bacon should have some shape but still be soft) then flip the bacon and cook for another 5-10 mins depending on crispy level desired
Let it harden or eat it soft, ur taste. (total time 15-20mins... could be more, u might burn the sugar tho)
mine was not as dark as this. but u get the idea.
notes:
make sure the parchment paper goes over the edge of the pan to keep the pan clean and so the caramelized brown sugar just sits with the bacon
this can also be put on a burger or in any bacon needing food
dont eat too much, this is a whole cup of sugar and 8 slices of bacon
stays good for a few hours
its actually not that hard to make, and a really easy clean up...
