Adobe Premier CS5 capture format

So this is my first time using Adobe premier so I have no clue what I'm doing.

On to my problem:

When starting a new project, it brings up this window:

In the capture format drop down box, there's supposed to be 2 options: DV and HDV. I only have DV. Is there anything I can do for HDV to be in there?

If you downloaded the trial version, then you won't have any of the high def settings. Adobe got a little trickier with this version.

Nope this is the full version.
Adobe CS5 came with my computer.
