Center mounted skis Vs uNcentered?

I want to get the chronic cryptonites but idlk how they will do becuase they are 121-92-117 would that ride good in park??

Every pair of skis I have had have been mounted dead center, minus my EP Pros, they were one cm back from center. I found that they rode just fine everywhere.

I didn't want to mount my chronics center because they aren't symmetrical , so i went -2.5, ride great in the park and still hold up on groomers

if you are a strong/good skier a few CMs arent going to make a huuuuge difference. If you are in the powpow on a day that it has dumped on a center mounted ski, then yea, you may notice that you have to lean back a little so you dont get mad tip dive. I could easily rip groom on any center mounted ski, Ive also ran a gate course on my park skis, but I do keep them in better shape than a lot of kids here on NS.

they are a non-symetrical twin tip, but they are extermely close to being symetrical

u can mount these at the recommended point or center or anywhere between, it dosnet have to be mounted where the manufacturer recommends

it would definetly preform a lot better in park center mounted, but u better be riding at least 75% park. but not as well on groomers

they will still work acceptably mounted at midsole(manufacturer recomended) but it wont be as easy to carve switch, balance on rails, balance in the air, but will work better on groomers.     do this if ur skiing less then 75%park

Ive skied 194 XXLs at about 1-1.5 behind center, not running gates, but still fuuuuuuun. Obviously a ski like XXLs, Wrens, Ants, ect are not meant to be skied at center, I was referring to park/all mtn skis. If you are a strong and confident skier, you can ski any ski in any mount, although there is an 'ideal' mount.

same. -2.5 seem to be a great spot for the chronics
