things like that just make the cops wanna give you a ticket or whatever they can because they feel either threatened, or that you are trying to insult their "authority". In my expiriences, if you are polite and call them sir, and be honest (as much as you can, obviously dont tell him you got a sack in your pocket) and they usually will let you go, unless youre drunk or it reeks of weed.
