just dig your heel edge of your leading foot into the rail and start your rotation a tiny bit and pop and bring it around. keep your eyes on your feet while your doing it and then immediately look at the end of the rail and itll carry you out switch
front swap: dip your heel with pressure on the inside edge of your lead ski, pop, spin and land
back swap: dip your toe with pressure on the inside edge of your lead ski, pop, spin and land
its realy that easy, hope that helps

in other words to keep from slidin off the rail or box early
