Replying to T-line customer relations SUCK!

was up there today and the mile broke down cause of electrical problems. They got it up and running for awhile and loaded every other chair and only allowed riders one lift ride up then closed it for the day. I have a pass but my buddies dont and T-line still expected people to pay $39 just for the one lift ride up to the pipe and park so you could hike it and obviously when my buddies said fuck no and were hiking up to the pipe from the bottom of the run a patrol guy on a snowmobile stopped by and asked them what they were doing and gave them shit for hiking and not paying the $39 for one lift ride up. sorry but this just pissed me off so much, have they ever heard of ethics?
