never posted anything to site discussion, but after reading another callout thread, i feel it has to be made. we all know that NS is a community, where people should be friendly and honest. however, this is evidently not the case. NS offers no protection for buyers, other than the claim system, offered by Paypal.
of course, when a trade is being done, this is not applicable. here the two parties rely on the trust of one another. normally people they dont know. and normally, people who are young and inexperienced, dealing with (in relative terms) large amounts of money.
what i suggest (and i apologise for my vagueness, i do not know anything about coding/programming) is that we have a compulsory feedback centre, like eBay. people often forget to add feedback. there needs to be a way of making it compulsory. for example, a reminder being sent to both parties.
lets hear some ideas as to how this could work, because it is essential. if we do not see an improvement in the BST section, then i would call for its removal, despite the fact that i am an avid user of it.
please discuss.
