Best video editing programs

i'm looking for a video editing program but I know nothing about video editing, I'm extremely good with photoshop so skill level is not really a problem ( I think) but I was just wondering what the best of the best is, and not just for ski edits everything

If you're already good with photoshop, you might like Adobe Premiere.
