what you smoke isnt based on the model its the refills you get for it, and yes you can get a no nicotine fill for it that is usually flavored and just for the taste

i bought a crown 7 about a year ago and used it for a few weeks. they're kinda cool and all it was fun smokin in the back of my classes without the teachers knowing. if you're getting it to quit i'd say it strengthens the addiction a lot more, you're getting tons of nicotine even in the low dose cartridges. i moved back to the real things quickly and i've been smoking much more since trying it.

The issue is that you become accustomed to a higher nicotine intake, now that your smoking is not curtailed by your location.

part of the key to quitting using the e cig is to start lowering the strength of nicotine so its a gradual withdrawal.

i just bought my girlfriend the blu for christmas. I was sick of having ash everywhere in my car and apt and the smell and shit and the whole cancer thing, it was 60 bucks for the starter kit, which comes with two e-cigs and a pack that charges them, and 25 cartridges in different flavors. we both like it alot, i personally thought id be over it quickly, but i still havent bought a pack of cigs since. i recommend it.

well that's the whole point, to get the buzz without most of the bad shit. i ripped my buddy's the other day but didn't feel anything (only took a couple quick rips), shouldve ripped it more and seen if it gave a nice buzz

My dad used to smoke 3 packs a day and quit cold turkey many years ago. I don't think you could do that with heroin.

my neighbor did the same thing as well as others who just decided to quit. sometimes they'd smoke here and there, but nothing that's even close to being addicted.

They must be strong people. Most quitting programs advise to not go cold turkey because it's way easier to relapse. I personally don't think I could do it at least I haven't been able to yet. Every time it's within a week..

And about the heroin even after a month of not smoking cigs all I want to do right now is go out on the porch and smoke one.. maybe that's just me though. Maybe I'm WEAK SHIT

i considered using these after the nicotine inhalator fucked up my throat but the e cigi tired was my friends free trial and as much as it simulated smoking and was good but it still fucked my throat the same was as the inhalator fucked my throat.
i could barely talk after using it for a while, so i went back to roll-ups.
i htink for me i'd use the new niquoitine fresh gum. but it is good the way it simulated real cigarettes.

I could not put it better.

I smoked consistently for about 5 years when I was younger and tried quitting many times. Finally one day I had enough, cigarettes tasted like shit, smelled worse, and cost a shit load of money. Not to mention the adverse effects on my lungs, and life.

I just stopped smoking, cold turkey, that was that. It was not easy at all, most of the people I was around still smoked. I think being exposed to the smell of smoke and the stale smell of smokers helped reinforce my motivation to quit. At first I counted the hours from my last cigarette, then days, to weeks, to months...March will be 5 years since I quit. I have had about 5 or 6 cigarettes since then to remind myself that they taste like shit and I am done with that part of my life.

On the flip side, some of my good friends have tried quitting with every crutch possible, and they still smoke. What is the point of quitting for two months to just start back up again because you had "an urge?" Weak minded people are not going to get anywhere...

Man up and put the butts down!

Thanks, I am really not here to brag about my own success though. I hate seeing people slaves to a stupid addiction that is entirely possible to quit on your own. If I can possibly motivate someone to quit, mission accomplished.

the real deal is just not smoking cigarettes at all and never becoming addicted. Ive smoked like one before but it just tasted like shit compared to the sweet herb. I would gladly take puffs of an e-cig whenever someone has one though.

i'm really glad that i don't seem to get attached to cigarettes. yeah, if i'm at a party and i'm offered one, especially if theres no more alcohol or we're walking back, sure, i'll smoke one or two, but i don't think i could ever buy a pack of cigs, don't see why anyone would.
