I am going to say this, and I am going to get flamed but I really don't like the yearbook trailer.

I have more respect for people who can ski big mountain well than anyone else. But I think watching big mountain gets repetive. shots are usually long lasting, and angles are limited.

The song. I first heard the few notes and was pumped, then the voice came in.... oh SNAP it's a COVER! Now, generally I'm not a fan of covers at all. Some are acceptable (i.e. in the wicked trailer, the cradle of filth cover of maiden is a lot more intense thant he original) but this one doesn't even do anything for the song but ruin it. I may be wrong but I believe that song has also been used before in some movie (whether it be skiing, skating, snowboarding etc)

What's throw down. Of course they are all AMAZING and wonderful skiers. I know this. But wow, I don't think they really needed to include that many backflips and frontflips.

That's basically it. I will probably still buy the movie.

yea frontflips are ugly,i think ski basing is just a phase only erik roner, jt and shane are doinit i think

the song i think was deadsy it kinda sounded like...? not sure but ya i didn't care for it in the trailer, but otherwise i thought the trailer kicked ass. front flips arn't the best and either are backflips, but i think if u can lay them out with some style it can really look good, but oh well

as for the trailer...i think its pretty sweet. def some gnarly crashes which is cool (well not really but yes) and the skiing is def up there. i love the front line because there is soo much amazing skiing from cr, tanner, seth, etc, etc. msp movies are awesome because you get to see big mountain, park, and big mountain mixed with park tricks. i think focused was a great movie but i didn't like it as much as the front line. i think yearbook will be GREAT

considering the fact that i ski on the east in NY i like park way better.....i dont care for big mountain unless its a dope exviting line thats really technical....i like park shots and urban way better

music wasnt bad at all, just you are soo used to rap being the main music for skiing. whatever i thought it was a really really sick trailor. just becuase theyre doing stuff in there i could never do. you should feel the same way, but since your all pro you can say what you want.

i agree with lauren 100%, i also heard the first few notes and that song and was amped, but they just mader it sound like shit, and bc gets boring to watch...i donno, msp just dissapoints me every year now

it's a crazy trailer though, but i find it pointless to put big mountain lines in newschool movies, such as 1242, i find that it ruined the movie, don't get me wrong it's still nuts and those guys are just as crazy, but i just don't find it fits in.

To the guy who said big mountain is ruining newschool movies. Have you seen seth morrison's segment in ski movie 3. That was teh sickest thing ever. Big Mountain is part of skiing jusst as much as a jump or a rail. To show the true side of skiing, Big mountain prgoression is a must. It was the oul of freeskiing forever. No one to impress, just a man and a line to ski.

Normally i'm not a big fan of big mountain, just cus watching a guy straight line a 75 degree chute over and over again gets old, but i thought that the stuff they included in that movie was dope. I'm sure they took all the best stuff, so the movie won't be full of the amazing stuff they had, but there was some amazing stuff in there. The slow mo would piss me off if i were watching the whole movie though.

thats one of the reasons for teasers though, they can use effects they wouldn't use in the actual movie because they cause the person not to be able to see the trick properly (eg reverse, super slow, wateva) i think the teaser was pretty sik, i'll be buying the movie.
p.s. go Chris Booth!!!! he's the kid that does the cab 7 mute with the red beanie. hes a 16 year old Aussie kid and he fucking rips.

I thought the trailer was great. I liked most of the stuff especially pollard. Who was it that was about to get smoked in that slide right before Wilson's gap. That slide looked nastly. Also that 3 off the cliff in that really burly line looked sweet. I wonder who that was. The only thing I didn't like was that wussy little side slide 180 off that tiny cliff. I can do that, not impressed.
