does anyone know what to do to make them stop itching? ive tried rubbing alcohol but that dosent help for two long.

In Israel, where I am currently, they DO NOT have mosquitos which is odd considering the climat. The reason they don't have them is because they poisoned the place where they spawn or soemthing one year and they all died, now they really don't have any it's so sweet, I'm always expecting to get bitten but I don't and it makes playing sports at night much less annoying. THey should do it in North America for sure.

there's this stuff that's called after bite in a pen type thing... best stuff ever for bug bites... stings a bit if you've been scratching but totally worth it in the end... heals faster too

well, if you're chinese and you have really chinese parents, they've got to have some random chinese herbal rub that will cure it. If not, use baking soda paste and rub it on there. Just add a little water to a little baking soda to make it into a paste.

also, for misquiteos, taking a flashlight with a hot bulb and putting it over the bite help alot. THe heat from the light denatures the protiens which they inject into you, thus stoping or significantly decressing the amount of itching. You have to hold it there untill it feels like its burning you (30 seconds or so) then take it off for about 10 seconds, then do it again.
